Wholesale Discount Pricing

Wholesale discount pricing is available to customers that will be reselling our products to the end consumer through an established
brick & mortar store or website. You may be required to provide a current copy of your resale license, State tax ID (if in USA)
or PST/GST# (in Canada) to verify eligibility. All requests for wholesale pricing must be requested via email to
[email protected]
.  Please provide your company name, location, buying
agent’s name, email & telephone as well as a website URL if applicable. Also include what items you are interested in
reselling, approximate quantities and timelines. We will then follow up with your email with additional information request before
we can provide a wholesale cost quote to you. Please keep in mind that our products are created on demand and are not stocked.


Minimum Orders

In order to qualify for Wholesale pricing, the minimum order for first time purchasers is $600 (CDN)  if located outside of Canada
or $500 (CDN) if within Canada not including shipping. After the initial order, wholesale orders must be a minimum of $250 (CDN) not including shipping.

Placing Orders

To place an order, please contact us at [email protected]. Once we’ve established what you’re looking for, we will send
you an invoice. You can pay either via Credit card on Stripe or Square or Interact E-transfer.


Service Lead Time

At Silent World Apparel, we make almost all of our items on demand. We do not usually stock ready made items to go. However, we do
keep a large supply of materials and blank apparel on hand in order to minimize wait times. However, for certain select brands or
colors/sizes, we may need to order them after payment of deposit. This will add to lead time. Generally once we have all the materials in our
office, depending on the size of the order, we can usually have your items ready for shipping within 5 business days. If you need
items rushed, we will make every effort to cut down lead time, but please note that additional ‘rush’ fees may apply.


Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post from Canada so please provide a physical ship-to address. We will require a signature upon
delivery and for this reason, PO Boxes are not permitted. Please note that any customs, duties or tariffs that are added to your freight
total are out of our control and you are responsible for any of these cost additions.We recommend choosing a shipping method that
includes a tracking number as we will not be responsible for lost/damaged goods for non-tracked packages. If you have a different courier
you prefer, let us know and we can check prices. Alternatively, if you have a shipping account with a courier company, you may give us
the account # and use it to ship your order. Although we make every effort to predict what shipping costs will be on your invoice, final
shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs will be passed on to the customer if over $2.00 before shipment is
made. However, in the event that we over-estimated shipping cost, any overages of $2.00 will be credited to your next order. It is not
our intention to profit off shipping charges.


Shipping Errors / Damaged Goods

You will receive a packing list via email as well as included with your shipment for your convenience. We recommend using a
shipping method that includes tracking and insurance. This is the only way we can help you in the event items arrive damaged. You
must notify our office of any shipping issues (either missing items or goods damaged in transit) within 7 days of receipt of
order. We will then either issue you a credit or send a replacement at no charge. Silent World Apparel accepts no liability for
any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery or if customer declines tracking/insurance
options.


Returns

Our items are guaranteed to be of excellent quality. In the event the customer wishes to discontinue any or all Silent World
Apparel products, any products returned to us in sellable condition will be credited to the customer’s account. We cannot accept
returns for any items which have been customized by the customer. This includes but is not limited, adding a logo, custom wording,
special colors or sizes. If our carrier returns a shipment to us as un-deliverable, customer will be liable for all shipping
charges. Please confirm final shipping address before paying for invoice.  Please contact us before returning any items. Un-authorized
returned items will not be credited back to your account.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been agreed upon and paid for, you have up to 24 hours to request a cancellation. After that time, once work has
begun on your custom order, if a cancellation is requested, a partial refund may be granted depending on how far into the project
we are and what special materials have been ordered.  This is handled on a case by case basis. If you need to cancel an order,
please notify us as soon as possible.


Payment

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express either via Stripe or via Square. When using Stripe, you
will be sent a payment request via email that will link you to Stripe with a secret pass-code. If you do not wish to use Stripe, we
can use Square. With Square, a representative of Silent World Apparel will arrange a time to call you and we will take your credit
card # over the phone and enter it into our POS (Point of Sale) system and confirm your payment while you’re on the phone. We do
not store your credit card number on file. Using this method, you may be requested to provide proof of card ownership.

Interact Money Transfer: We also accept payment for orders via Interact E-transfers.

For new customers, we may request a deposit before we order special materials for your order.  This deposit is usually 50% of the
product invoice total (not including freight).


International Orders

At this time we only offer wholesale pricing to customers in Canada and the USA.  Shipping Internationally becomes too complicated
with dealing with every countries individual customs/duties/import rules. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Exclusivity

We do not offer exclusivity of Silent World Apparel’s brand products in any one geographical area. However, we strive to co-ordinate
a non-competitive environment among our customers by selling to customers that are a reasonable distance from each other,
or offer a different product mix. We do not exercise control over retail prices to the extent that we only offer deeper discounts
to high volume, repeat customers that follow our suggested retail prices.


Private Labelling

We do not offer private label products at this time. We require as part of our wholesale agreement that any Silent World Apparel
labels/tags/markings that we attach to a product remain with the product and not removed unless done so by the end consumer after
purchase.


Feedback

We thrive on customer feedback. Both from you, our customer or from your customers (end consumers). Observations, ideas,
suggestions are where many of our designs originated. We encourage you to point out areas that we can improve and love to receive
compliments and are always looking for testimonials for our website. We also welcome any images of your customers using/wearing our products that we can display in our gallery/blog or Instagram.

Consignment

At the current time, we only offer consignment options to our retail customers in the Comox Valley, BC or in rare cases, other parts of Vancouver Island. If you are a business here and would like to carry our products in your store, please let us know and we can work out an agreement.
