Shipping Services

Silent World Apparel provides the below shipping services. Please note not all services are available for each product type and all delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays etc.

Sometimes the automatic shipping calculators incorrectly overcharge an order. Any overages of more than $2 on actual shipping/handling charges will be credited to your account. Silent World Apparel does not try to profit off of shipping charges.

Within Canada Shipping Services

  • Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) * 
    Standard shipping via Canada Post is our default option and has an average delivery window of 3-10 days depending on the final delivery location postal code.   INCLUDES FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA. (This includes t-shirts/onesies/totes & decals. Hoodies may require shipping fee)
    • No Tracking number.
    • Standard shipping may take a few more days for rural postal code locations .
  • Expedited Shipping (1-8 Business Days) *
    • Expedited shipping is an express option that offers a Tracking # at an additional cost.

* Stated shipping days above do not include lead time to create your garments/items. This can be anywhere from 1-5 days depending on a number of factors. You will be notified once your order is complete and shipped.

 

Within USA Shipping Services

  • Standard Shipping (6-12 business days) * 
    Standard shipping via Canada Post is our default option and has an average delivery window of 3-10 days depending on the final delivery location zip code.   We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.00 CDN (This includes t-shirts/onesies/totes & decals. Hoodies may require shipping fee)
    • No Tracking number.
    • Standard shipping may take a few more days for locations like Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico .
  • Expedited Shipping (1-8 Business Days) *
    • Expedited shipping is an express option that offers a Tracking # at an additional cost.
    • This service is not available for P.O. Boxes, or APO, DPO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping Services

Once you have added at least one product to your shopping cart and provided a shipping address, shipping options will be shown.

For shipments outside of Canada, your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship via Canada Post International DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular country’s charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

  • Small Packet International (Surface transport) 
    • Our default International shipping service. The most economical shipping service for deliveries that are not time-sensitive
    • No tracking number.
    • Average Delivery Times: Europe: 2-8 weeks,    Asia-Pac/Australia: 3-12 weeks,  Africa: 3-12 weeks,  South America: 2-8 weeks.
  • Small Packet International (Airmail transport)
    • The most cost-effective international air delivery option.
    • No tracking number.
    • Average Delivery Times:  6-15 Business days
  • Tracked Packet International (Airmail transport)
    • Our most economical trackable small package international shipping. Includes liability coverage and available to 31 countries..
    • Tracking number included.
    • Average Delivery Times:  6-15 Business days

Free Shipping Discount Codes

On occasion, Silent World Apparel will offer a promotional discount code that will remove any shipping costs to you. These are usually sent out through our email campaigns, so if you’re not subscribed, be sure to subscribe now.

Order Status and Tracking

If you selected a trackable delivery option, your order status and tracking # can be found by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Orders’. Subsequently, the email we send you once your order is completed and shipped should include your tracking #.

Order Status Labels

  • New – Order has been received into our system
  • On Hold – We are awaiting for payment to clear.
  • Processing – Your order has been approved and is currently being created.
  • Completed/Shipped – Your order has left our offices and is on its way to you. If your shipping method included tracking, you will receive the tracking # via email.
  • Refunded – Your order has been cancelled and/or refunded. Please check your email for more info.

What happens if my order is lost?

If you suspect that your order is lost, please contact Customer Service for assistance. We will work with the carrier service to the best of our ability.

If a package is in fact lost, Silent World Apparel is not responsible for reimbursing shipping costs or the replacement of the merchandise for any non-trackable orders but may in their discretion, choose to replace an item at no additional charge.
