Returns & Exchanges


At Silent world Apparel, we are proud of the level of quality product we produce. Having said that, we are only human and every once in in a while we might have a pressing hiccup or miss a manufacturing error in a garment. On the very odd occasion that this happens, we are happy to replace your item. Before we can do that there are a few steps you need to take.

Firstly, please review all the important ‘What can be returned/exchanged’ list to determine whether or not your item is indeed returnable.

What can be returned

  • Returns/exchanges can only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Only damaged/faulty items or faulty prints can be returned/exchanged.
  • Please note that all returns must be in original packaging and have no noticeable signs of wear or make-up stains. Any items that have been washed are also not returnable.

Sadly, we cannot accept returns for

  • Change of mind.
  • Shipping or stock delays. If we know that we’re out of stock on an item, we will contact you within 24 hours of your payment and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
  • Damage due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly. Please be sure to read the care instructions that came with your order.
  • Now is a good time to point out that everyone’s monitors/mobile devices are different, which means there may be a difference in colors that you see on your screen and what you may receive. Also, since all garments are made on demand once your order is completed and images are placed by hand on the garment, the actual size and location of the image on the garment may not match exactly to the image on the website. For this reason, please allow a 20% variation on both image/garment colors, as well as a 20% difference in image size/position.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Shirts worn by models in mockup images are not the exact shirt you will get. All our shirts are crew neck unless otherwise specified. Other styles of shirts (i.e. tank tops, hoodies, scoop neck, etc) are available upon request. Just contact us with what you want and we’ll set up a special listing just for you.



For all exchanges, (new color/new size/new design), you (customer) will pay shipping to return the item to us and when we receive the item in original condition, we will replace it with your new selection and cover standard shipping back to you. Items must be in new, un-used and un-washed condition with any labels or tags intact.


If you feel your request for a return/exchange meets the above criteria, then please proceed with the following:

  1. Contact us at [email protected]. Please include the following information:
    • Your Name and order # (found on your email receipt)
    • Are you requesting a return/exchange and the reason. Give as much detail as you can and feel free to include an image of any defects.
    • If you are requesting an exchange, what item do you want us to replace it with.
  2. You will receive an email back from us within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not ship the item back before we ask you to. Sometimes, all we need is an image of the issue and we’ll send a replacement.
